I’m a Nationally Board Certified, Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in helping people realize their goals, overcome their anxieties, and find their voice where they feel silent through a holistic approach.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered techniques so that each person feels understood, heard, and supported while they take away new coping skills from our sessions to build for themselves
